Well I'm taking some clen as well atm and its actually quite difficult to say at or below 120 bmp. Doesn't feel as im in working particularly hard at all tbh

I have always done cardio at 130-140bpm but I thought I would try a lower rate to try and burn proportionally more fat without inducing catabolism.

I know you will say its impossible to find the right rate without gas testing, but Im assuming a lower heart rate generally means a greater likelihood of burning proportionally more fat as opposed to carbs and muscle tissue?

Worst case scenario is that by doing cardio at a lower heart rate you are just not burning as much fat as possible in a single session, but the flip side is if you go higher you "may" be inducing catabolism?
