im taking a shot in the dark here, but i had the same problem a couple of years ago when i first started bbing, iv got really long arms and lifted too heavy, the point im trying to make is that i was lifting wrong e.g. locking out my arms on the last movement, therefore, this puts stress on the front delt area. to help with the benching, i took a wide grip with much lighter weight and the results were astounding, even using light weight in a wide grip can prove hard for any fella that can bench over 100kg.
