Do you think it's ok to keep training with lighter weights that don't impinge on the problem, i.e. The shoulder is absolutely fine with stuff like tricep dips and shoulder press, the grinding only occurs with a bench press motion? Or stay off it all together? I've kinda had conflicting advice on this.
By the way, I went to the doc's who agrees that I should se a physio, looking at a 4-5week wait tho... Might pay to go privately just for one consulation...:( |
