You are going to need to drop some weight, do you have access to a gym or some weights as you are going to need to get yourself a routine together. This will invlove cardio to get your body burning some fat, and some weights to get your muscles working. Also you will need to get you diet in order or at the very leat improve it. Have a look a the diet and nutrition forum, it will give you the basics of what you need and from this you can get together a good plan.
