It's fine once in a while, but it's not healty to get it done frequently.
Some of these colonics can damage your intestines on top of your pride.
Are you saying that colonics themselves get gear out or the threelac does? I don't see how flushing your GI tract of pooh is going to get old gear out of your system. If gear wound up undigested in my crap I would dust it off and try at least once more. Would put a whole new meaning to a pellet conversion.
