the procedure was itself uncomfortable, not painful. The worst bit is putting the tube in your a55, mine didn't want to go in!
But afterwards - oh boy - toilet fun, I thought I would never stop... But my whole core now feels really "well" if that makes sense, superb sense of wellbeing - almost like after a shag or after seeing a fat person fall over.
