| Re: have a client asking for a diet.. How about adding some flax seeds to the salad or an oil mix dressing like olive and walnut oil, lemon and vinegar dressing. Their are plenty of oily fish not just salmon worth remembering as non-bodybuilders tend to like variety in their food. Of course she should be supplementing with fish oil omega 3 caps anyway as she is dieting. The calories of this diet also look very low if you start so low how are you going to reduce it when the weight lose plateau's? |
