| have a client asking for a diet.. and my knowledge on dieting (especially on female dieting) is fairly slack.. let me know what you guys think of this.. tear it apart if you want! Breakfast: - 7am - Oats / Muesli & Low fat milk
- Piece of Fruit Snack: - 10am - Tuna / Salmon
OR
- Yogurt Lunch: - 12 Midday - Some meat (Chicken, Beef, Ham/Pork)
- Salad Snack: - 2-3pm - Tuna / Salmon
- Piece of Fruit Dinner: - 6pm - Some meat (Chicken, Beef, Ham/Pork)
- Salad / Steamed Vegies Points to note: 1. Keep water levels up.
2. Eat every 2-3 hours.
3. 30min Walk in the mornings not training with me.
