Thanks Bow,ive done a bit of research and you are correct in the fact that Theophylline can induce nausea and vomiting.

Theophylline's primary function is as a bronchodilator ie it opens up the airways and subsequently is used to treat asthma/COPD.It also stimulates the CNS.

In a nutshell there is some crazy sh1t in this product so its no wonder side effects are quite common.It works though!
