Just thought l would share with you a snack l have on a cheat day, you will need-
One bagel (onion ones the best)
40g low fat chease (extra mature)
35g peanut butter
Cut bagel in half and slice chease thin to one half, on the other spread the peanut butter and put together.
3 ways to cook-
1-Microwave until chease has melted
2-Grill the two halfs until chease melts (put two haves back together)
3- THE BEAST WAY buy some tostie pockets from, wilkinsons-woolworths-lakelands ect put bagel into toster, tost till chease melts leave to slightly cool and yum yum :-) .
I have found bagels a couple of days old work best as chease melts befor bagel burns.
