liquid egg white Hot and spicy chicken omlette

Here's a diet meal that tastes GERT LUSH MY luvver

This is basically what I have most nights on diet if I dont just scramble the egg whites.

INgredients

300ml MyProtein egg whites
100g Chicken breast
Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce
Peri Peri Spice
Chilli infused extra virgin Olive oil

Cooking Utensils

large non stick frying pan
Bowl
Turning thing.

Directions

Chop chicken breast very finely only about 1cm square pieces

Heat pan and add small amount of chilli oil

add chicken and Peri Peri Spice. Then add lea and Perrins

cook until brownish.

remove chicken to bowl lined with bounty (to soak up any excess fat)

add a little more oil and bring pan back up to heat.

Add egg whites

wait for eggwhites to cook (move the pan around and see if any of the liquid moves, you only want a small amount left moving)

Add chicken to one side of the omlette then turn the other side over it like a sandwich

Press firmly on the top of the omlette to squeeze out and remaining egg whites and to seal the omlette

turn omlette over to ensure cooking of both sides.

transfer to plate and eat with a little tomato sauce.

Nutrient values

50g Protein
Fats - 1-2g
Carbs - 1-2 g

Calories - 210g (200g from protein) rest is estimate

I've estimated the fats and carbs because its so low.

I normally eat some cashew or sunflower seeds to bring up the fat content.

The benefits of this meal is that its very filling and also a thermogenic due to the peri peri and chillis. Also a nice change from scrambled eggs.
