| Re: sauce? As long as you don't go nuts a bit of organic or reduced sugar/salt tomato ketchup is fine. Same with BBQ and sweet chilli. A small serving on a couple of meals per day isn't going to make you fat!
Even a tbl spoon of mayo is ok to mix tuna imo. Light is probably the best choice. A tuna/mayo salad makes a nice protein/fat meal imo. It has omega 3's in there, but if you are concerned about the ratios just add a couple of fish oil caps.
