From what you said I would maybe stop them. Ephie is something that is faked so easily. Just think, all they are are littlewhite things. What you have and so many people I know is most likely just speed.
I would honestly put your time into researching your diet and getting it **** hot. This will yeild far quicker results. I can get down to single figures body fat and it's taken literally years of research regarding my own diet to be able to do this. |
