| Re: tendonitis in elbow and wrist My right elbow has been messed up for the last 3 months or so really painful - I then stopped doing, French Curls and close grip bench press for triceps, pullover for chest and shoulder pressing and wore an elbow support for all exercises in which strain was going on the elbow. Now its getting slightly better but I am still avoiding french curls and pullovers and am only doing close grip bench and shoulder pressing with light weights. It was either that or take 2-3 months out of the gym in total - something I wasnt prepared to do. |
