Ah bollox. Damn abbreviations lol. I searched post workout not PWO.

I notice some of you have carbs quite low imo. I usually shoot for 80-100g of simple carbs PWO- more insulin the better. Of course i manipulate my daily intake for this.
Anyone else have carbs this high PWO?
