Did a quick search and was suprised to find that this post hasn't been put up before. Think this will be good for newbies as well as us to glance over for ideas.
So, how about we all share what we're doing PWO?
- Supps e.g. WMS, hydrolysed whey etc
- Amounts e.g. Carb, Protein, CEE breakdown in grams etc
- Additionals e.g. if you use slin/GH and how much, state time you leave between carbs and protein if you do etc?
I'm currently doing 2 scoops of pro recover with CEE caps straight after WO but I know other people go more complex than this.
