 tendonitis in elbow and wrist
First thread i've ever submitted..!!! here's the deal....i had been suffering with tendonitis in my right elbow for a few months....forearms are always sore from strain...(i live with that).....then i noticed, about three months ago, that the soreness was lessening in my elbow and had jumped also to my wrist.....the wrist pain was enough to stop all my physical activity with right arm....thumb was locked and really hurt when i tried to extend it...sort of like when you catch a football and it bends your thumb back too far. the four other fingers were fine....i have been going to a chiropractor for about 2 months now and am now starting to get some relief.... Has anyone experienced this? and does anyone have any advice as to how to soothe these inflamed tendons? thanks, herbie |
