Meal 1 - oats in milk + apple
Meal 2 - whey protein in milk + banana
Meal 3 - 1 chicken breast + salad + 2 slices of toast
Meal 4 - whey protein in milk + banana
Meal 5 - Steak + Vege/salad + jacked potatoe
Meal 6 - Whey protein in milk + banana
I've also got some nuts and raisons that i nibble on usually at night while watching tv |
