| Getting bacl after long layoff Hi All,
After a long layoff I am getting back into lifting. The question are....
A. Is a 3 day a week routine enough with each bodypart being worked only onnce a week with basic compound movements?
B. How long should this continue before I go back to say a 4 day a week regime working each bodypart twice?
C. I am not fat but a little outa shape so should I concentrate on eating clean and plenty before splashing out on supps such as whey, BCAA, Zinc, Glutamine etc?
Any thoughts much appreciated??
