For you, green tea, caffine and SC maybe a little high given that some SC tabs contain green tea and caffine any way. Read the lable first.
Try the SC on its own to start with and then add the other supps as you go along. They state with SC to start with a half doseage and then build up. I did do that with my first course for a few days but now I jump straight in as I am aware of the effects. As a first time user I would break myself in slowly as it could send you mad if you are sitting at home working like I was.
As for the timing, each person is different. I train at 07.00hrs each morn so taking it at 06.00 was not a problem for me. I then took my second doeage (300mg (2tabs)) at around 13.00hrs. They suggest no later than this time as it could effect sleep. If you train in the afternoons or evenings it may be different as you are expending energy as I would not be.
