I know you have posted many times on this board but what are your stats, goals etc.
Meal 1 - you say 2 bags of 100g of oats, WTF. 200g is too much mate. Are you talking about the individual sachets of oats?
They are balls mate, get some proper unflavoured basic porridge oats. Depending on your size, weight, goals etc you may need 50 - 100 g, who knows?
Use a food calculater (on the net) to work out what you need with regards weights of foods. |
