glutamine upon waking before am cardio, after workout and before bed.
CEE before workout, afterworkout and if you want three servings one before bed...although i dont realy think its that necesasary.
as Adam says BSN cellmass is a hot favourite amongs many. Id look at a bulk powder company for amnio acids and creatines because its cheap, pure and you can take it according to your needs. |
