| Guidance on Glutamine & Creatine I've been reading on the boards, and its been very helpful. I have realised a lot of areas I need to improve/focus on (more protein intake in particular, pre and post workout nutrition etc..). However, I have a couple of questions on Glutamine and Creatine:
- I've seen your glutamine and creatine recommendations for pre and post workout shakes. But how about regular consumption? should I be taking both daily (I do weights twice a week - effectively Big's plan)? if so, how much?
- You guys seem to recommend CEE is better than Creatine mono? any recommendations on brands (for CEE and Glutamine)?
