mik- as nytol says 10mg a day is nothing unless your stacking it even the manufacturers used to recommend 30mg a day and the 3 part split keeps your levels up all day.
mattrich- my arms are getting more than enough training from the back workout they dont need anymore when im bulking
nytol- im on pro biotics and bromelain but im thinking about a lipase, matase protease complex
your right on the pumps there not so much painfull as a pain in the **** i get them bad in my fore arms on overrows and pulldowns and i physically cant lift past a certain point cause the muscle gets in the way so i have to take a few mins to chill.
no major sides just feel like crap every morning but tbh i think most of thats dehydration, drinking 2 pints of water straight before bed and 1 or 2 during the might and still waking up like ive got a hangover!
Believe me i want to keep it going for the full 4 weeks but i dont know how im gonna handle a manual job with these pumps and im a teeny weeeny bit aggressive on it atm:gun:
