30mg a day. Isnt that a bit of a high dose harry 88? Most posts Ive read suggested 10mg a day. I also started M1T yesterday cycled with milk thistle. Got some nolva today but dont know whether to start taking it straight away or just for PCT.

You got something for PCT?
