id be lying if i said it was easy i feel like crap from eating that much and i was on laxatives for the first 2 days and permenantly on pro biotics and bromelain to help keep it moving through and make sure it gets digested as fully as possible. i never aimed for 7000 just kept eating when i wasnt on the gear till i started getting puppy fat and then backed the cals off a bit and ended up with 5000 the extra 2000 were just a guestimate at what id need with the extra training load and the m1t.
the way i see it is at the rate im gaining atm every day, every hour and every mouthfull of food i make it through is another big step forward. ive got the week off work so its not to bad atm dunno how im gonna hold up in a manual job with the constant pumps and all that food sloshing around in me but only time will tell!
next cycle after this is going to be a superdrol and then back the m1t so hopefully i wont desensitize to much!
p.s pauly im keeping an eye on the fat mate i expect a bit and would rather carry a bit of surplus, bulk hard and get rid of the flab latter than starve my body but like i said so far ive got no visible sign of any extra fat or water storage. |
