awsome m1t cycle

Hi all,

after a lot of consideration i and amazing advice from the forum i started my first m1t cycle on friday with 30mg a day and from monday 10mg novaldex a day.

tbh i wasnt expecting particulary good gains, i have (as one doctor reffered to it) a strange body! it doesnt like to grow in any way shape or form it just kind gets tougher. im 5'5 and up until now in 4 years of lifting my heaviest weight was 12 stone. however at the same time i could dead lift 3 times my bw and bench 23/4 bw. ive tried everything from low reps to high reps, heavy to light weights and every training partner or pt has ahad a new set that would definately make me grow or a nutrition plan that would pack on the pounds but non of them ever did. until now

in 5 days ive put on 1st 1lb of relatively cut lean muscle, bugger all water or glycogen from the look and feel of it and a sick amount of extra strength.

im eating 7000 calories and 350grm protein a day and an example training day would be:
Back and legs-

chins 3x8
over row 3x6
pull downs 3x8
dead lifts 4x6

squats 4x8
good morning 3x8
leg press 3x12
calf raises 5x5

weighted so i can only make half reps on the last rep of every set

and a week looking like:

mon-back legs cardio
tues-chest shoulders
wed-back legs cardio
thurs- chest shoulders
fri- back and legs cardio
sat off
sun off

It knew all along i just couldnt push my body hard enough to grow on normal nutrition but with the m1t im pushing this hard and still finding im holding back on what im capable of with it, all day i can feel my body buzzing and growing its freaky!

So thanks for all the advice guys you dont know how happy youve made me the only question now is do i stop after a week give it a few weeks and go again so i dont de sensitize to the m1t and to give my body time to play catch up or do i go for the month and see just how big i can make the cycle?
