Our Kr-Evolution comes in caps, mixing creatine in anything allows the conversion to creatinine to begin, worse with fruit juice because of the citric acid. Kr-Evolution is pH buffered and doesn't convert into creatinine unlike monohydrate, which is what ALL creatine products start out as.
