Shorty how much commission do MyProtein give you and why is powder better?
Our Kr-Evolution comes in caps, mixing creatine in anything allows the conversion to creatinine to begin, worse with fruit juice because of the citric acid. Kr-Evolution is pH buffered and doesn't convert into creatinine unlike monohydrate, which is what ALL creatine products start out as.
CEE was found in tests to have already been converted into creatinine during the esterification process of mixing with ethanol.
