| Re: advice on creatine please! thanks for the advice shorty, was starting to think id asked such a stupid question that no one was going to answer. keep seeing posts that recomend 200g of protein a day or there abouts. how do you know how much is in a steak or chicken as im asuming that you want as much as possible from food rather than sups?
