if your still getting in at least 4 solids then sticking the whey and mrp's in between is the only way to get the meal count up ,....
but if your using Mrp's and whey as a replacement for meals then really, i,d say have another look at the diet,...
suppliments by definition are supposed to "suppliment" the diet,.....not replace it...
if you struggle with appitite b12 is good too,.....but orally i aint too sure if it has much effect,... |
