Oats blended into fine powder for 1 C (240ml) of powder
(Yes, I know that ml is a fluid volume unit but that is the unit of measurement on a cooking measuring cup for 1 C of volume be it liquid or solid in cooking.
1 C ground oats
6 eggs beaten
3 scoops chocolate whey
mix all ingredients
add to muffin tin ( bun cases)
Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes til done. English to Metric Conversion Tables for future reference.
