I saw x2 physio's.
One was a main stream physio, the other was a sports type I think.
The was recommended by Mr Funk who is one of the best shoulder surgeons in the country (he did my op).
None of them made any differance.
Rest, rotator cuff stuff and band work and all that was done.
None made much if any differance that was significant enough to feel.
Seeing these guys was private.
Now a days I would have to go via the NHS.
Pesonally, I think I still need specific rehab, strength work as this was never really done.
I might see my Dr again and ask what can be done but I don't think he will say anything because I have normal everyday function back.
It's just fcuking up my weights.
Bench is not right, chin and lat pull downs and shoulder press are all affected.
So obviously I can still lift, just not the same as it could/should be. |
