| Re: Vegetarian Diets My dad is a veggie and at his peak he was over 22 stone.
Fish would be the obvious option, nuts, soya and good old shakes.
Beans, lentals, eggs, veg.
TBH the only things i would miss if i were veggie would be Steak and Chicken.
Tuna Omlettes are a sure winner, love em!
