Do you use Whey given that some of it isn't strictly veggie? Even then there is soya protein, pea protein etc...
The only meat I eat on a regular basis is chicken and the odd steak - no reason you can't take any diet and amend it to use fish rather than chicken. Actually, white fish is a superb source of lean protein.
