My shoulder routine is nothing special, just simply
5 - 6 sets of seated shoulder press on smith machine
5 - 6 sets of shrugs on smith machine
5 - 6 sets of lateral raises (front and side split)
3 - 4 sets of seated side lat raises
Thats about it really. Sometimes will add in, or swap something for seated dumbell shoulder press, and sometimes will do free standing shoulder press.
I dont have any set routines on any body part really, just aim to get a pump each workout. |
