Hi guys im new here and wondering if you can help me? i have lost 10 stone in the past 18 months and i have about 1-1 1/2 stone still to go but cant seem to shift anymore weight i curently use effs before i go and work out is there anything else i can use to help me burn this last bit of weight off?
