Lower abs (that last bit...!)

Hi,

Just can't seem to shred that bit of fat attached to the lower abs, commonly known as the beer belly! Upper abs are not a problem and looking very prominent, and these have been developed through countless crunches and assisted weight exercises. Can someone please reccommend a 'tried and tested' lower ab routine which will produce results? Doesnt matter the level of intensity. Thanks!
