Wrap each breast up in tin foil pouch just leaving a gap at top add in salt-free chicken seasoning a little lemon juice.
Place 10-15 of these one 1-2 baking trays place in oven at 200 for 30mins.
Once cooked let them cool in pouchs to retain moisture then put them all in a plastic tub and place in fridge
