i get this terrible,....

use a open grip when curling,.....

ie,..dont put your thumbs around the bar/db.....

then curl with the bi's until you feel the last few reps approaching,...

then (what i do is) sort of "spot my self" the last few reps out by curling in the wrist as the bicep tires,...

this helps by pulling in the weight closer to the pivot point (your elbow) reducing the torque required to finish the lift...and gives you a nice bicep squeeze,...
