Paul the spots (with puss) were on my face I'm fairly sure it was the protein because I was using maximuscle promax (isolate) which cost 55 euro a week (38 sterling) and way too expensive. But then changed to the concentrate and got the spots. Then I stopped using it and they cleared up.

Oh and i read some other post by you about how nice the shakes were so. I said i'd give them a try. I''l be in touch if it was a plug (Ha! Ha!)

Squat this, unfortunately the extreme nutrition discount only works with orders in th Uk, I'm in Ireland.
So thats a balls. Its a generous discount but its strange because I've been on the other sites and their discounts apply
