Ok, end of my cycle approaches. 9 days left :boohoo:
I am looking forward to ending the cycle, its been a fairly long one (15 weeks) with a lot of shots.
Looking forward to getting PCT outta the way and having a good detox.
This has to have been the best cycle I have ever done.
My condition is at its best and have felt strong and pumped almost the entire cycle.
So, weeks 1 - 12 went something like this:
1 - 4: Hormone Solutions Oxytest @ 1ml EOD + HS TBol @ 100mg ED
1 - 6: HS NNP @ 300mg WK + 750mg Sust PW
6 - 12: HS Tren @ 300mg WK + 750mg Sust PW + HS Winny @ 50mg ED GH @ 4iu x 4 nights a week.
I also ran a combo of
T5 (ECA/N), HS T3+T4 Combo Caps, Clen and ROHM ThermoLipid throughout the cycle.
With that little lot i topped the 18 stone mark one week which i LOVED, but it was very exhausting holding that weight, a little to much I thought. Great feeling tho
So the last 2 weeks and the next 9 days have been/are:
HS OxyTest @ 150mg EOD + HS Prop @ 200mg WK.
HCG @ 1,500iu WK
HS T3+T4 Combo caps
Provion @ 100mg ED
Nolva @ 40mg ED
T5
My diet has followed:
6.20am: T5
6.30am: Cardio + Light Weights/Abs
7.30am: Creatine CEE + Glutamine
7.50am: 60g Whey + Water
9.00am: 75g Oats + 40g Whey + Water + Rasins + Almonds.
10.30am: 100g Cod Fillet + 50g Brown Rice
12.00pm: Banana
2.00pm: 100g Cod Fillet + 75g Brown Rice
4.30pm: 50g Whey + 50g WMS
5.15pm: Creatine CEE + AAKG + Di Arganin Malate (sp)
5.30pm: Train
6.45pm: Creatine CEE + Glutamine
7.00pm: 60g Whey + 60g WMS + Water
8.30pm: Dinner (100g Rice/Pasta + Meat + salad or Meat Omlette, etc)
These last 2 weeks have been mega, im just getting leaner by the day.
My whole body is changing, ok im dropping a little weight (Dropped from 245lb to 240lb) but looking pretty good for it.
Clare measured me up Sunday, completely unpumped and I was:
Chest: 49"
L+R Bicep: 18"
Waist 34"
