| Re: Having a little change Yep, very similar to me, although I'll literally train every other day (unless I can't make it due to work reasons & I'll leave it to the next day).
For instance; I trained back & hamstrings yesterday. I'll rest today & tomorrow (working all day tomorrow & gym is closed when I finish), so I'll train quads & calves on sunday.
I feel more up for training than I ever have done doing it this way. |
