So you have started steroids that you refer to as 'Blue Hearts' and now you are asking for advice on cycle, diet and training??? :confused:
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and hope you have the answers to the following questions first:
How old are you?
Have you actually begun taking the steroids already?
Do you know what steroids (blue hearts) you have bought?
Do you know what dose they are?
Do you know anything about them? side effects, benefits, contra-indications?
Do you have a PCT set up?
Do you know what a PCT is or even what it stands for?
Have you also bought a SERM in case you get gyno from the 'Blue Hearts'?
Do you know what Gyno is?
Have you calculated your starting weight, body fat?
What is your current routine?
What is your training history? How long, how often?
What is your current diet, how much is eaten and when, exact times and meal contents please?
ANswer these questions fully and we can progress from there, but as your initial question stands, you haven't represented yourself very well,as we take steroid use very seriously here and rightly so.
