| Re: george foreman grills no mate. you just slice your chicken to get it thin, then put your raw chicken in a tupperware with some marinade. Let it overnight and you'll see the chicken absorbs the juices. Then you just cook the chicken like you normally do.
This will keep it juicy and give you some good flavors.
You can use all kinds of marinades. Mojo is my favorite for chicken unless it's bar-b-que, but the forman sucks for bar-b-que. You just cant get that smokey taste from a forman.
