Do you still get the grill marks and that nice little char?
The juices will still run out to the bottom but the chicken retains much more juicyness, it is actually as soft and tasty as chicken from Nando's this way, I guarentee it. And yeah I still manage to get the nice little grill marks, I also butterfly the breast so it only takes like 5 mins to cook if that. Let it heat up for a while then place down the tin foil (enough to cover the grill and enough to wrap over and cover) and place the fillets on, than wrap.

Really does work.
