Ive been training for about 9 months only using protein shakes as a supplement, now ive finished uni and have much more time to spend down the gym and so am going to start taking a few more supplements.
Im going to change my protein shake to CNP's pro peptide and also start taking creatin. After reading other threads I want to start taking CEE but not sure which brand and also thinking about taking l-glutamine. I need help with..
- Which brand of CEE would you recommend?
- Should I take L-glutamine if my protein shake already contains glutamine?
- When is the best time to take these supplements before and after the workout and how much of each?
