I could be wrong Coco, but I wouldn't put that down to the IGF - if anything I have noticed that my aches/pains seem to go away when I use IGF... but maybe that is just me.
I would say the aches are more to do with the fact you have just came of a long run of dieting, your body will still be recovering and maybe even still a bit run down from it all - but you said yourself, your wieghts are going up all the time.
So basically your body is still beat down, but you are pushing it hard again - I reckon its just your body complaining mate.
Take it easy though, maybe even to the point of deliberately holding back your strength increases - right now is the most likely time for picking up injuries etc - it happened to Brian last year, and I know I have had a few wee "warning shots" in the past week or two as well... take it nice and steady and keep the ego on the shelf
