| Re: Diet advise Hi Bluey,id definitely cut back on,or preferably cut out,the coffee,as it plays havoc with your metabolism and will not encourage fat loss.Also you have adopted the principle of eating little and often which is excellent but i notice you like your bread,try and replace with a better choice or failing that at least switch to pitta(wholemeal).Invisible has already suggested adding healthy fats which will also benefit you and are an option when replacing carbs.Finally try tapering down your diet as the day goes on so as you are eating less carbs towards the end of the day,however,this will not apply around workout time as you appear to be discovering,as you need them for energy and recovery.Have a good look around the site especially in the diet section for ideas.Para. |
