Re: Diet advise

You need protein with your breakfast. Egg whites would be good.

What fruit are you having? Not all fruit is good for cutting.

MRP shakes would probably be better than protein bars.
1pm Just go with the Chicken and salad - add a boiled egg or flax/udos
5pm Same as above
8pm I'd go for fish and veg
10pm Eggs or whey shake before bed

When do you train and what do you have afterwards?
