What fruit are you having? Not all fruit is good for cutting.
MRP shakes would probably be better than protein bars.
1pm Just go with the Chicken and salad - add a boiled egg or flax/udos
5pm Same as above
8pm I'd go for fish and veg
10pm Eggs or whey shake before bed
